The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.

The place where you take refuge from the storm;
The place you are entitled to possess.
I pray He sends His Holy Spirit there.
I pray the Spirit stays to dwell with you
And drives all evil spirits far away.
I pray the Spirit keeps you from all harm
And brings abundant blessings to your door.
I pray that all who live within your walls
May richly feel the power of His love.

This is His one commandment which summarizes all the others:

"This is my commandment, that you love one another
as I have loved you." (John 15:12 RSV)

Here is the way He arrived at this one summary verse.
JOHN 15:9-12 (RSV)

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you; abide in
my love.

If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love,
just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in
his love.

These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in
you, and that your joy may be full.

This is my commandment, that you love one another as I
have loved you.

This is not just one more commandment He added to a list. This one
commandment summarizes all the others: "Love one another as I have loved
you."
NOTE: "Love one another" means "love all people," not just "love other
Christians."
